Retrievable Skill Memory
It began by externalizing skills into retrievable memory so that an agent adapts to new tasks by looking up what it already knows.

Skill–Policy Compatibility
It then introduced a compatibility layer between the evolving skill repertoire and the policies that depend on it, so that improved skills strengthen downstream behavior without any policy retraining.
